(Eagle News) — A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck Surigao del Sur early Friday, June 21. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, struck 74 kilometers northeast of Cortes at 4:55 a.m. The depth of focus was 12 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

(Eagle News) — A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck Isabela on Thursday, June 20. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, struck 30 kilometers northeast of Maconacon at 4:40 p.m. The depth of focus was 23 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.    

3.0-magnitude quake hits Negros Oriental

(Eagle News) — A 3.0-magnitude earthquake struck Negros Oriental on Wednesday afternoon. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 51 kilometers southwest of Basay at 4:41 p.m. The depth of focus was 33 kilometers. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, struck 356 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 8:40 a.m. The depth of focus was four kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.  

4.1-magnitude quake hits Masbate

  (Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Masbate on Wednesday, June 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 14 kilometers southwest of Batuan at 7:02 a.m. The depth of focus was 6 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
