With only two-days left remaining until the last day of the registration deadline, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is once again reminding almost three million voters with no biometric data to have their biometrics and validate their registration for them to be able to vote in the May 2016 national and local elections. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) said that almost 6 million voter identification cards remain unclaimed all over the country.
