On the third day of the filing of certificate of candidacy, several personalities were seen at the main office of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in Intramuros to file said document, including former Senator Miguel Zubiri and former MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino. So far, forty-four COC’s for presidency have been filed since the first day.
