Bicol International Airport starts commercial operations

(Eagle News) — The Bicol International Airport construction progress rate is now at 72.2 percent, the Department of Transportation said on Wednesday, January 20. (Eagle News)–The Department of Transportation is eyeing the completion of the Bicol International Airport by July 2020, with over 62 percent of the structure completed.
