(Eagle News)—Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade has ordered a crackdown on Angkas drivers after learning the motorcycle ride-sharing service was continuing operations despite a Supreme Court order. “Hulihin ninyo ang lahat ng Angkas riders na lalabag. Hindi naman tamang i-violate ng Angkas ang batas at ang Supreme Court order. Mali ‘yon,” Tugade said. Angkas offers discounts to customers following SC order allowing crackdown on its drivers, vehicles
