(Eagle News) — A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Zambales on Friday, July 15. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 6:41 a.m. The epicenter was 28 kilometers southwest of San Felipe. The depth of focus was 12 kilometers.
