Three fishermen rescued off Samal Island 

Three fishermen floating for nine hours after their boat capsized off Samal Island were rescued by the Philippine Navy. Lt. James Reyes, Naval forces eastern Mindanao public affairs officer, said the three fishermen were found and rescued at around 6:10 a.m. Tuesday, November 22.
