According to the Second Quarter 2019 Social Weather Survey conducted from June 22 to 26, compared to June 2016, the proportion of those who personally witnessed vote-buying fell from 19% to 10%. 3.1-magnitude quake strikes off Aurora
(Eagle News)–A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Aurora on Thursday, Sept. 12. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 30 kilometers southeast of Casiguran at 5:38 a.m. Depth of focus was 10 kilometers.
