(Eagle News)–A 3.8-magnitude earthquake struck Cotabato on Monday, Oct. 21. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 6.3-magnitude earthquake that hit the province on Oct. 16, hit 10 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 6:21 a.m. Depth of focus  was 38 kilometers. Five die in fire at clothing factory looted in Chile unrest: firefighters
