(Eagle News)–A 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck Eastern Samar today, April 3. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 12:27 p.m., had its epicenter 53 kilometers southeast of Guiuan. It had a depth of focus of 43 kilometers.
