(Eagle News)–A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar early Saturday, Jan. 20. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 4:21 a.m. The epicenter was 26 kilometers northeast of Hernani, while the depth of focus was 10 kilometers.
