Thunderstorm advisory hoisted over parts of Mindanao

(Eagle News)–A thunderstorm advisory has been raised over parts of Mindanao today. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over portions of Camiguin, Surigao del Norte, Lanao del Sur,  and Sulu within the next one to two hours. Flashflood in Bongabon, Nueva Ecija and Quezon province observed due to heavy rains

(Eagle News) — Flashfloods were observed in parts of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija and Quezon Province due to the past days of heavy rains. In these reports by Eagle News Service correspondents, areas of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija and six barangays in Quezon province have experienced floods the past few days. Taal update: 8 volcanic quakes, steam emissions monitored; alert level 1 still in place
