(Eagle News) — The municipal hall of General Luna in Quezon is closed today, Nov. 23. The local government said in an advisory that this was after several employees tested positive for COVID-19. 3.9-magnitude quake hits Davao Oriental early Monday

(Eagle News) — A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Oriental early Monday, Nov. 23. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 1:16 a.m., had its epicenter 48 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso. It had a depth of 36 kilometers. The quake was also tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

PNP COVID-19 recoveries rise to 7,462

(Eagle News) — Twenty-five more police personnel have recovered from COVID-19. The Philippine National Police said with the additional recoveries, the recovery total rose to 7462 as of Sunday night.
