PNP opens third quarantine facility in Camp Crame for PNP COVID-19 patients

(Eagle News) – -A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck off Cagayan early Wednesday, April 28. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit at 1:47 a.m. It had its epicenter 49 kilometers northwest of Dalupiri Island.
