(Eagle News) — A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar on Monday, April 4. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake struck at 4:41 p.m. The epicenter was 19 kilometers northeast of Hernani.
