SWS says there have been fewer witness reports of irregularities in 2019 polls

(Eagle News)–There have been fewer witness reports of irregularities in the 2019 elections, results of a recent Social Weather Stations survey showed. According to the Second Quarter 2019 Social Weather Survey conducted from June 22 to 26, compared to June 2016, the proportion of those who personally witnessed vote-buying fell from 19% to 10%.
