(Eagle News)–The Department of Transportation has announced the installation of 93 new airconditioning units in Metro Rail Transit-3 trains. The DOTr said the units were apart from the 33 installed in August and the 60 installed in 2018. (Eagle News)–A prison guard inside the New Bilibid Prison was hurt after he was stabbed by an inmate on Thursday, Sept. 12. Justice Undersecretary Markk Perete said Duty Officer Edgardo Ferrer sustained a “superficial stab wound on his lower abdominal” after he was attacked by the inmate who was suffering from schizophrenia at 8:40 a.m. The inmate was not identified.
