Sierra Leone declares emergency as Ebola death toll hits 729

New malaria parasite enters Southeast Asia

A new strain of malaria, one that is drug-resistant, has been spotted in Southeast Asia, with the Philippines already preparing for said disease. The Department of Health is currently disseminating information about this new malaria strain, further adding the 50% of the provinces are already malaria free.
