Cebu grad tops mechanical engineering licensure exam

(Eagle News)–Around 70 percent of those who took the August 2019 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination passed. The Professional Regulation Commission said 3,928 out of 5,563 takers passed the exam held in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Lucena  and Tacloban.
