(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Wednesday, Sept. 18. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 19 kilometers northeast of Paluan at 6:55 a.m. Depth of focus was 12 kilometers.
