Bonifacio Monument Circle closed to motorists today, Nov. 30
(Eagle News)–The Bonifacio Monument Circle is closed today to give way to preparations and celebrations to commemorate the 156th birth anniversary of Filipino hero Andres Bonifacio. The Caloocan Department of Public Safety and Traffic Management said the closure was effective 12:01 a.m. It did not say up to when the closure would take effect.
