CAAP retrieves black box from Lionair plane that crashed at NAIA

(Eagle News)–The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines has retrieved the “black box” from the Lionair plane that crashed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport as it was on its way to Japan for a medical evacuation.
