Western Samar prepares for super-typhoon “Ruby”

In preparation for the coming of super-typhoon “Ruby”, various towns in Western Samar, with the mayors of Sto. Niño and Pagsanghan ordering the evacuation of residents in coastal areas, those near the river banks and those in landslide-prone areas.
