President Rodrigo Duterte on Sunday, April 2, visited the wounded-in-action soldiers (WIA) at the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital (CESH) in the 4th Infantry Division (4ID) of Camp BGen. Edilberto Evangelista, Cagayan de Oro City.
He personally awarded the Wounded Personnel Medal to the WIA soldiers confined at the CESH.
