Quirino province – all levels; government work also suspended; Suspension also applies to Saturday, Nov. 16
In its latest advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Signal No. 2 remains hoisted over Catanduanes, while the eastern portion of Isabela (Divilacan, Palanan, Dinapigue), Northern Aurora (Dilasag, Casiguran, Dinalungan), Polillo Island, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, and Sorsogon and Eastern Samar and Northern Samar are under Signal No. 1.
