QUEZON City, Philippines – The Malacañang, thru Presidential Communications Secretary Sonny Coloma, advised the public to wait for the official proclamation of the National Board of Canvassers regarding the winner of the vice-presidential race. This, in the face of Representative Leni Robredo’s announcement that she is the winner based on the unofficial count, while at the same time, Senator Bongbong Marcos also made a statement that he is the winner based on the certificates of canvass.
