MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) – The group Volunteer Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) is planning to file cases against the former Philippine National Police Chief Alan Purisima and former Special Action Force Director Getulio Napeñas, regarding the Mamasapano incident, since the families of the fallen SAF 44 were said to be asking the group’s help regarding the matter. The group is also planning to file a case against President Aquino after his term expires.
