QUEZON City, Philippines – Social networking service, Twitter, will form the first “Twitter Barangay Hall” for President Rodrigo Duterte. According to Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, the Twitter Barangay Hall will help President Duterte give his announcements to the public.
