MANILA, Philippines – The Trade Union Congress of the Philippines and other labor groups are planning to petition for a Php 154 wage increase in Metro Manila and the provinces. According to the TUCP, the actual value of the minimum wage is not sufficient compared to the increase in the cost of living.
