Trough of LPA to bring rains in parts of PHL

(Eagle News)–The trough of the low pressure area affecting the eastern section  will bring rains to parts of the country.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao Region and Aurora will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms .

Flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

Northern and Central Luzon will also have strong winds and rough coastal waters, while the  eastern section of Southern Luzon will have moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon on the other hand will have light to moderate winds and moderate coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will have light to moderate winds and moderate coastal waters.
