(Eagle News)—Senator Antonio Trillanes IV hit President Rodrigo Duterte for allegedly “disrespect(ing)” the chief executive office.
“Kulang nalang magsando,” Trillanes said when asked about Duterte’s failure to attend some Association of Southeast Asian Nations events in Singapore.
The Palace had said the President took naps to catch on sleep, but that he was duly represented in those events.
According to Trillanes, this was only proof Duterte was “physically unfit to fulfill his duties as president of the country.”
“Simula nang maupo ito, ang ginawa lang nya ay magspeech ng magspeech. Nagdaldal lang ng nagdaldal,” he said.
