MANILA, Philippines – Commission on Elections Chairman Andres Bautista declared that the COMELEC will not initiate any action regarding the issue of the fight between boxing champion Manny Pacquiao and Thomas Bradley unless a complaint was filed. It should be remembered that a former congressman protested said fight during the official campaign period because it will give Pacquiao undue advantage.
