Meralco announces power outages in some areas

(Eagle News)–The Manila Electric Company announced power outages in several areas early Saturday, Sept. 15. In Quezon City – Mabuhay, Meralco said outage time was at 4:12 a.m. The company said the outage, which was caused by emergency line trouble, would last for two hours.
