Like Trillanes, Sotto tests negative for illegal drugs

(Eagle News) — Senate President Tito Sotto has tested negative for illegal drugs. This is according to drug test results presented by Sotto himself to the media on Thursday, Aug. 23. The results, which showed Sotto was negative for cocaine, ecstacy, methamphetamine, morphine, and tetrahydrocannabinol,  stemmed from a surprise drug test Sotto himself announced in the Senate last month.
