(Eagle News)—-Social Security System president Emmanuel Dooc has resigned, as his term expired under the new SSS charter. The new charter, which overhauled the old one, took effect on Tuesday, March 5. President Rodrigo Duterte signed the SSS Rationalization Act in February.
