(Eagle News)–A rainfall advisory has been hoisted over parts of Northern Luzon. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are expected over Boliney, Bucloc, Daguioman and Malibcong in Abra due to a low pressure area.
