Several MRT3 passengers unloaded after train experiences technical problem
(Eagle News) — Several passengers of the Metro Rail Transit 3 were unloaded on Thursday after a train experienced a technical problem. The Department of Transportation said in a tweet that the passengers had to get off Quezon Ave. at 5:37 a.m. The DOTr said the train that experienced the problem was removed without replacement and a cancellation of loops and insertion were made. The MRT management apologized for the inconvenience.

(Eagle News) — At least 800 passengers were unloaded on Tuesday morning after a train suffered another technical problem. The Metro Rail Transit 3 management said a southbound train experienced the electrical failure at 8:21 a.m. The management said the failure was due to “worn-out electrical sub-components.” The affected passengers who were offloaded at Ortigas Station took the next train.

Bus terminals flooded with passengers for long weekend
