NCRPO placed on full-alert status for National Day of Protest

QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The National Capital Regional Police Office was placed on full alert status on Thursday in view of the declaration of the “National Day of Protest.” NCRPO Chief Director Oscar Albayalde also disputed reports that there were six sea vessels full of protesters that would join the protests in Manila.
