(Eagle News)–Drivers or owners who illegally park their vehicles in Metro Manila can now expect higher fines. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said starting today, Wednesday, Dec. 19, vehicles parked illegally will now pay P1,000 from the original fine of P200.
