PAGASA: Typhoon “Kiko” undergoing “rapid intensification” over PHL Sea

(Eagle News) — Typhoon “Kiko” is undergoing a period of “rapid intensification” over the Philippine Sea, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said on Wednesday, Sept. 8.
