Sri Lanka seizes record drugs haul at sea

More than P2.5 billion worth of suspected shabu seized in Makati

(Eagle News) — More than P2.5 billion worth of suspected shabu was seized on Tuesday night in Makati. The Philippine National Police said on Wednesday, Nov. 27, the P2.522 billion worth of suspected illegal drugs were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay San Antonio. Chinese national Liu Chao, the PNP said, was arrested. Charges are slated to be filed against the suspect.
