  (Eagle News) – A magnitude 4.2 quake struck 63 kilometers west of Sarangani, Davao Occidental, just before midnight, at 11:48 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 29. Magnitude 6.3 quake rocks Batangas, tremor felt in Metro Manila

  (Eagle News) – A magnitude 6.3 quake rocked Batangas province on Friday morning, Dec. 25, at 7:43 a.m. local time, data from the US Geological Survey showed. The epicenter of the magnitude 6.3 quake was located at two kilometers southeast of Calatagan, Batangas.  It had a depth of 114 kilometers, according to the USGS data. Earthquake Hits Batangas

According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, a magnitude 4.5 earthquake hit the southeastern part of Calatagan, Batangas. Meanwhile, intensity earthquakes hit the islands of Looc and Lubang, Occidental Mindoro. No injuries were recorded.
