President Duterte appoints retired general to BCDA

(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed another former military man in government. Retired Army chief Lt. Gen. Glorioso Miranda has been appointed to the board of directors of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA).
