Ayon sa Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), muling naitala ang 10.4 degrees Celsius sa siyudad pasado ala-sais ng umaga. Kapareho ito sa pinakamababang temperatura na naitala sa lungsod noong Enero 22. Kahapon naman ay naitala ang 11.5 degrees Celsius na minimum na temperatura sa Baguio City.
