(Eagle News)–A 6.1-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Sur on Monday, Sept. 21. Pampanga now under state of calamity

(Eagle News)—Pampanga was placed under a state of calamity on Tuesday, April 23, a day after a 6.1-magnitude quake struck Luzon.
