Senate asks COMELEC to stop conducting elections in malls

MANILA, Philippines – According to the Commission on Elections, the source code of the software to be used in the 2016 National Elections is difficult to hack. COMELEC added that SMARTMATIC installed sufficient security measures making it hard for outsiders to hack said system to use it for electoral fraud.
