QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) will be solely responsible for managing traffic in Metro Manila.
This is one of the solutions seen by the Senate in order to solve the severe traffic problem in Metro Manila, where a systematic traffic management will call for the suspension of the local government unit’s power to manipulate traffic in their respective jurisdictions.
