QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) – At the hearing conducted by the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs, SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel was pointed out by the housekeeper of the late Korean businessman Jee Ick-joo as one of the police personnel who entered the house of the late businessman and forcibly took Jee.
Sta. Isabel denied the accusations while the Philippine National Police Chief Director-General Ronald dela Rosa said that they have sufficient evidence against Sta. Isabel and that the policeman was involved in earlier cases of kidnapping.
