QUEZON City, Philippines – Congressman Samuel Pagdilao of the Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support is following up the promise given by Justice Secretary Leila De Lima that she will file the requisite cases against the suspects in the controversial Mamasapano incident, adding that the delay is caused by the delicate situation regarding the passage of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL).
