Militant representatives said that Social Welfare and Development Secretary Dinky Soliman should be held liable after several sacks of rice were discovered in Leyte. It is believed that said rice was for the Yolanda victims.
They added that Soliman should explain said incident since she is the one responsible for ensuring the distribution of relief goods to the Yolanda victims.
